BARREL-AGED
Harvested by hand and slowly baked in traditional steam ovens until reaching caramelization perfection. The rich agave nectar is fermented with artesian water from on-sit wells before being double distilled.

It’s come a long way since its beginning as a small bingo room situated in the tribe’s first significant business venture, Ma-Tar-Awa RV Park, which dates back to 1977.
